equinITy is an equine health and fitness monitoring system which has applications for all levels of participants from Champion racehorses to Pony Club ponies. Think of it as a ‘Fitbit’ for horses.
equinITy has developed proprietary hardware and software to support it.
With offices in Stockton-on-Tees, Equinity Technology Limited is a privately owned company which was established in 2011 with the current version of the product launched in 2015. equinITy is used globally and is currently most associated with horse racing.
The product is continuously evolving with firmware and application software under constant development.
Could you be the person that we are looking for to become involved with this young, vibrant company for its next exciting phase?
Excellent ASP.NET development skills (WebForms and MVC)
Excellent knowledge and experience of the .NET framework
Experience of WinForms and mobile app development
Experience of MS SQL Server and T-SQL
Other preferable skills
Experience with Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX and WinForms
Geospatial queries in MS SQL
Experience with serial comms
General IT, application and Windows server support
Knowledge of, or interest in, horses, horseracing or any other equine disciplines
Good organisational skills and a great attitude to keeping our customers happy
Highly motivated with good inter-personal skills
