The equinITy Customer Referral Scheme has been retired as of the 1st February 2018.  Any remaining referral options will be available to use in February and you will be contact directly by our Sales Team.

Original Terms and Conditions

  • The Referral Scheme is valid for all purchases on or after 1st November 2015
  • Referrers must be current customers of equinITy at the point of purchase
  • Referred customer must purchase direct from Fine Equinity Limited, not through an Agent
  • Referred customer must not be a previous customer of Fine Equinity Limited or have previously been visited on-site by us
  • Full rewards paid where no on-site visit is required by equinITy staff
  • Half reward payable when on-site visit required (demonstration)
  • Single referrer per transaction (in the event of multiple referral, the referred customer will elect the Referrer)
  • Rewards paid on each device purchased by the referred customer
  • No reward offered on additional sundry items
  • No reward offered on repeat purchases (new customers only)
  • No reward offered on annual renewals (initial purchase only)
  • No reward offered on rental options (UK Only) or subsequent option to buy (outright purchase only)
  • A referrer can claim an unlimited number of rewards
  • Rewards issued 30 days from purchase date
  • Referral scheme not open to Fine Equinity Limited Staff or Agents
  • Fine Equinity Limited reserves the right to alter these terms or withdraw the scheme at any time
  • In the unlikely event of any disputes regarding referrals, Fine Equinity Limited’s decision is final
